Most people bail out so they have time to contact an attorney. My thoughts on whether the are guilty or not really don't come into play. Here in California the court date can be 30 days or so from the date of the crime, so they bail out and then go to court. Once they are exonerated is when we will drop the bond.

Well, neither...but I did show him one time (and the rest of the department) how I can escape handcuffs. My hands are so small (in comparison to my wrists) I can squeeze right out of them.

My son is to my left and he looks like a freakin hoodlum and that is my step-son to my right. The other pic is my daughter on my back. What did you expect? I am more of a strawberry blonde and now it is mixed with gray.
