[quote=Smokin';7284492]I've always been curious about swampers. Its about time for new tires and I think I'll go BFG's again.

I would do the BFG's. Swampers are loud and made of a soft compound. They really are not made for freeway/interstate long driving use. They are not good in the summer. I had a brand new tire on the front and it blew at 80 on the turnpike in OK in the middle of August.

You would do fine with 6 and 37's Lisa, I have 6 and 35's (for now). We load the 2 quads in the back almost every weekend. Granted they are the girls quads but they still kicked my *** lifting them until we got the ramps. Troy found some long ramps online and life is much nicer now.
It looks good though One day I will be that big
Thank you very much, Cris.
Lisa, I think you would be okay with a 6" lift and 37's. Like Cris said pick up some long ramps and you will be okay. I load a Honda CRF450X into my truck.
Lisa, you know lifts these days are not cheap. I paid a $1000 just for my front springs. I need tires, wheels & shocks at the moment, but just have the bucks.

I had a tire blow on the interstate once.
I just happened to be looking out my passenger's side window right when it happened. There was a T-bird next to me, you should have seen that guy's eyes jump out of his skull. LMAO.
That tire was torn to shreds. I cut the hell out of my hands just getting it off the truck and into the bed. I figure I ran something over that split the tire but I guess I'll never know.

Yeah..is anything cheap anymore? I might just focus on new tires and a new set of shocks this time around...
Cris how much did you pay for your Bilsteins?

Move to a place where lifted vehicles aren't popular. There are only a few places here in Cedar Rapids that are even capable of balancing a tire as big as mine.

There aren't alot of lifted trucks there? There sure is here and in Cris' neck of the woods. I guess you should move out here with us.
not to **** on the parade here but this just happened in my town the other day. I can't believe someone could be so cold that they could shoot and stab a 3 year old sitting at the dinner table eating his cereal

No, there really aren't. Actually here aren't a lot of trucks around period, and even fewer diesels.
Really only the farmers drive trucks (and some really nice trucks too I might add). Here in town everyone either drives an Impala or a Grand Prix. Its incredible how many of those cars are out running around. Its a bit humorous actually.

I think I paid around $270 for my Bil's.
I have been really lucky, the only place my tires have been is to 4wheel parts where we bought them.

I am one of the little trucks in my area, or at least I think I am. Come on out Lisa! I always have a place in my bed for you

People look at my truck like its a damn UFO.
They just look like that because they aren't used to seeing such a beautiful woman driving a badass truck
