This picture is from Montana, where someone set out a Motion Sensor Camera to see if any big bucks were passing in the area.

That's a nice parcel of land there, is it the yellow square area, from top of the ridge on one side to top of the ridge on the other side?

yep!

I going to see if I can go look at it, make sure I can build on it in the future and if it can be sub divided... so I can give some to the kids!

and make sure it has legal right of way, so I can get to it......

I have heard of strange land deals and people but the land and then get cut off from access....
