sorry i dont have any pics of it, but if you get the variable resistor you can mount it anywere you want it in your cab so you can control the resistance when you want, but if you can get a wiring diagram you have to splice one side of the resistor in on the signal wire and the other side to the ground (ICP), its really not that bad at all,
and sometimes you have to Up the RPMs to get the resistor to kick in sometimes it wont do it automatically.
