Front axle decode......

Hi guys,

I was wondering if somebody could help me decode my front axle. The numbers on the plate are....

3 50 D8TA TE
610049-5

3.50 open axle, '78 truck production

BOM: 610049-5 was for a 1978 Ford 1/2 ton pickup with a part-time transfer case.

So I would assume it is a Dana 44 then???
