Wait a minute.

You need to verify your fuel pressure. minimum is > 45PSI.

Have you done this?

If not, you need to before we can help.

If you have low fuel pressure it galls the plunger in the barrel of the injector and will burn it up. The fuel lubricates and cools the injector.

You have injector problems, so it's either going to be the control module, fuel(or related fuel issues: dead-heading, bad fuel etc), or the power programmer that you have on there or a combination of all those.

Do you get all your fuel at the same spot or do you switch it around? Does it have issues with having bad fuel or does it have a high turnover?

Does it only happen with the SCT on there or does it do it every time?
Now that you said that ya got me thinking. I always go to 1 place but recently I've been stopping at another here and there. I bet its the fuel from that place!!! The 1rst time was with the Edge, 2nd was with the Banks and now its the SCT. Everytime it's been with some sort of program.

How long do you go between oil changes? Most folks don't recommend much beyond 5k with conventional oil. (or syn for that matter)

Absolutley!!! Contribution error, Step 1 check fuel pressure. Fuel pumps and pressure regulator pintle seals going bad are not uncommon.

I went through the SCT options on the monitor side and I don't see where I can monitor the fuel pressure. How can I check this? But I did do another engine check on it with the SCT and it gave me 10 different codes and I cleared them.
