AOD shift linkage

I've noticed and it show in my picture gallery that my column shift appears to be screwed up. When I put the truck in reverse it goes in fine then it clicks like its totally in reverse. when its in park its not even close to the P its off to the right. How the heck do I correct that?

if I remember corectly there is an adjustment at the trasmission
