You don't need to buy a manual. Most of us have one if you cannot download one for free. You just need to be specific. We have all but torn down and rebuilt engines here, and I believe we could pull that off too.

Well that sums the light question for me. It is the check engine light. You should get the codes read, then you will for sure know what is going on. In the link you should be able to down load a PDF version of the manual for free. No sense in buying one for the once in a blue moon you look at it.

I don't recall where you are at. You might have someone close by that can scan that rascal for free. That is worth a ton of money in case you don't realize it. A competent fella can tell volumes about your truck.

Yes, they do, it's called RTV. I have no link right now, and doubt that is leaking. Wait for one of the TX guys to get up with you. I have a hard time believing your pan is leaking as opposed to a rear main seal which also almost never leaks.

If you are convinced you have a pan leak, there is a procedure for that. I can post it up, but not tonight. No gasket there.

That is one way to do it. Good luck. I know what you mean about the E4 pay. Only thing good about that was that it paid better than the three grades I went through to get there.

That's cool, I don't have a problem with it, not that it should matter to you anyway. It is your truck. Do you have the info to reseal the pan?

Well I ordered a new pan but I have yet to find a gasket for it, but while I have it out I was gonna buy a rebuild kit for my fuel injectors to give me more fuel, so far I have only found one type of kit any ideas, also gonna replace the glow plugs it wont start if its below fifty without plugging it in, and also i was thinking about replacing the turbo wheel while its all out.
