A light in the dash had came on and I asked some one what it was and they said its the turbo light, this is the first diesel i have ever owned so not on top of everything yet thats why im on here.
At the end of this video, is that the light you are seeing? Called the SES light or on the OBS trucks (95-97) a CEL...
If so I would bet its from ICP (injector control pressure) or Overboost. Chip or programer?

well put it this way and no offense to any one, i drained the oil to try and reseal the pan, when i got done i put the new oil in and before i even started the engine it was leaking and yes from the pan right where it dips around the crankshaft.
well the first time with just sealer (gasket maker) that didnt work so i cut a gasket out of cork gasket maker along with more sealer
If it is the oil pan (and it could be) the only way to fix it is to pull the motor, turn it over and clean everything very well, let it dry and then install a new gasket.
all Stock but i just dropped the tranny to replace the fly wheel which had broke aound the bolts, when i pulled the tranny i didnt have to unbolt the torque converter from the fly wheel b/c there was nothing holding the fly wheel to the engine any longer, it has 160,000 on it i also have already pulled everything prior to pulling the engine

How bad is this leak? Drips down steady until below normal fill or what?
