a constant drip while the engine is running usauly a puddle sittin back there

how can i test it with out taking it to the stealership

It would have to be pouring out to effect performance much. How do you know you have low fuel pressure?

Good news, I don't think you have a major problem that cannot be fixed. Bad news, too many doctors here. I will step aside for now for clarity sake.

Fix the drain leak first, then clamp a cheap fuel pressure gauge on the end of the drain line. Open it up and start the truck. Anywhere from 45-75 is normal. Most sit around 50.

What are your mods?
1. Intake?
2. Chip or programer?
3. Exhaust?
4. Driving habits?
With 3.73 gears and 38's you are way under geared, this compounds the effects of surge. Try downshifting to bring the RPM's up.

"Wicked wheel" or the 99.5 turbo wheel will cure the surge.

I have had the truck for a year and a have with the 38's and never had a problem till recently no mods, just 4in straight pipe

"MIGHT" cure... It helped on my truck, but did not fix it. ATS compressor housing is a sure fix, but costs about $400.
A 1.00 Exhaust housing helps as well.
