Don't worry they are the same back to 66 but the books may not have

That radiator out of the box is all that you need to run your truck.

x2 :)

BTDT with a rebuilt radiator and -quality- workmanship too! :)
But it just isn't the same as a brand spankin new radiator.
My old covers sprang tiny leaks and let off the pressure see? :/
Soldering them up was no sweat but taking the radiator out
so I could lay it down flat was. ;) Not an expert see? ;)

The "360" number rings a bell on the model number I put in mine too.
Hmmm... just went and got the tag I took off it and it sez: PA5390
(oops, I let 360 get mixed up with 390;)

The problem may not be the radiator tho. :/
Something else is plugged up maybe? :/
How can a guy tell ahead of time? ! :/

Anyway, I got my radiator from Modine too and ordered it through an
independent parts house, they can find things in their catalogs that the cute
chain parts stores don't have on their computers. ;)

Mines' a "4 core".

Read here where they quite making them "4 core" but the new design, even
tho it's just a "3 core" covers the whole area of the covers as if it were a 4
core, so cools the same as the older design.

ps- my pickup never had the volume the book said it should have until
I bought this last 4 core radiator, it came with a 3 core and that 3 core
didn't cover the whole area inside the cover like my new 4 core does.
pps- Ford shorted me on my radiator right from the factory.
ppps- Can I like my pickup but not particularly like Ford Motor Company?
pppps- Hmmm... you know the truck was wrecked before I got it!
ppppps- Maybe is what that dangged crookedass dealership that shorted
me on the radiator in the process of repairing the sucker?
pppppps- Yep. 00,014.2 miles on it and it was already wrecked.

The radaitors our not all the same back to 66 from 2" upper hose to how they mount plus the size they our. Along with some mount on the front flanges of the rad and some mount on the rear on the flange .. so don't close your eyes and just order one or you manybe sending it back.. Ps and the shrouds our not universal either..
