Didn't you get the memo?

One of the wires that go to a little post is hooked to the PCM. When the conditions are right, the PCM sends a ground signal through that wire to activate the GPR. Once the GPR goes off, the wire shows hot again. You can play with a volt meter and watch to see how it all works. Glad to hear the screwdriver trick worked for you. And yes, a little punctuation does make things easier to read.
