Mirror heat not working

I would check the continuity of the wire between the mirror and into the truck. All that open/close bend bend can eventually make a kink that causes a stoppage.
IF the fuse and everything else is good, thats what id try next. If you definitaly get power to the mirror and still no workie...the heating element could've failed.

I find it on page 178 of the manual, fuse #9 under the dash, 20 amp. It doesn't show a relay.
