Funny thing I've noticed about people in CO - Snow, cold weather, wind, just about any weather they'll go outside..... except for rain. I can walk the dogs for HOURS and not see another person on foot. My buddy's wife is a native and when I asked her about it she said "Why would I go outside when it's raining??" Ummmm... why not? You take showers, don't you? LOL It's like AZ natives seeing snow. Or if my dad (the EPITOME of city-boy) were to 1) go hiking and 2) see a moose.
I might be doing up-pipes this weekend if you want to help out... LOL. If it stays this cold then I'll be waiting on that.
up pipes huh? I think I got a pretty full weekend ahead of me. The fam is excited I am back in town and they have a bunch of things planned.
yeah, it's kinda the equivalent of running in the sand, only with pain when you fall! Hey Brendan, I cant remember if I told you but my buddy owns some ranch area outside of Denver, apparently up in the mountains there somewhere.... Here's a recent pic of the hunting grounds-
