Part V
42* here in Phoenix...colder in the outlaying areas...farmers are worried about the peach tree blooms...a frost would kill them off and it would really hurt the crop!
I am on my last 'dive' in the hyperbaric chamber today!
For almost 3 months straight I have gone in for the oxygen treatment and my legs are looking great! Hopefully I will go from compression dressings to compression socks and I can shower properly again! Even better, I can use deoderant again! I am so glad I did this in the cooler months,it would have been tough not using deoderant in 100+ temps!
Jacob, our highs are only mid 60's for the 7 day forcast with chance of rain again saturday ( dammit why rain on the weekends?!)
got the music cranked, back to the grind!

Lisa - your niece is super-cute! and it looks like I have the same furniture in my kitchen from the looks of the chair she gets up on
Mark - enjoy your weather and congrats on being able to shower normally again!! I remember when my brother broke his leg (i didn't help with that one!) and he had to put a bag over it to take a bath. Trying to scrub up with a broken collar bone isn't much fun either.
I hope everyone has a great morning and an awesome day!
Yeah Lily is a dolly...but she knows it. She made me play that video for her like 12 times. I'm gone for 2 months and suddenly she is speaking in full sentences.
My best friend's husband had a cast for a while, on his foot. Man that thing got rank after a while...I mean obviously you can't wash it.
Funny thing I've noticed about people in CO - Snow, cold weather, wind, just about any weather they'll go outside..... except for rain. I can walk the dogs for HOURS and not see another person on foot. My buddy's wife is a native and when I asked her about it she said "Why would I go outside when it's raining??" Ummmm... why not? You take showers, don't you? LOL It's like AZ natives seeing snow. Or if my dad (the EPITOME of city-boy) were to 1) go hiking and 2) see a moose.
I might be doing up-pipes this weekend if you want to help out... LOL. If it stays this cold then I'll be waiting on that.
They change my bandages twice a week, and wash my legs and feet with a wound cleaning solution...so I havent really had a problem with odor...except for the lack of deodorant.
When it rains here, people stay home also...the freeways lose about 1/3 of its peak traffic cause construction halts, landscapers stay home, its not so bad now as it was 20 years ago, due to the population explosion!
ok I did a bunch of exercises at home, did a load of laundry and I am ready to head out...y'all have fun! Happy humpy day!

I got a nice wake up call at 5am. It was one of our Staff members saying one of our horses was Missing! So i jump out of bed got dressed got in my truck (42* and pooring rain) Started to drive down the road and she called back and had found him. Turn out he got out and took himself for a walk. She couldn't find him because she couldn't see him. He is a black horse and it was dark out. Oh well all is well that ends well right?
