took stock pump off, put walbro on, didn't work. unhooked batteries,
put stock pump on, it pumped, but not like it should have i don't think, unhook
batteries, put walbro on, nothing, unhooked batteries, checked fuses, the fuel
pump/PCM is blown, replace still nothing. i kept the PCM unhooked, cause i took my chip out

The fuel pump will not run without signal from PCM to control it. There is a fuel pump monitoring lead from the pcm. Hook up PCM, make sure fuse is ok, and attempt a start. If fuse blows you may have a bad pump, shorted pump motor winding.
Edit: Before you try to start turn key on, you should here pump run for about 20 seconds. The Walbro is harder to hear then the stock pump.
I won't be able to start the engine, cause i have a few things off of it. I tried a few times when the pcm was plugged in, fuses ok, and still nothing

No need to start truck to est to see if pump will run. You can always run a hot lead off the battery to see if the new pump works. If it doesn't run then the - or ground lead is bad or the pump is bad.
Do you have a volt meter. Check to see if the + lead is hot with the key on. Also check the - lead for ground. Also ceck to make sure pump motor winding is not shorted.
