anyone notice a difference?

I was wondering if anyone has noticed a difference by running a Walbro fuel pump on their truck? I'm currently running a set of 175 cc stock nozzle injectors and soon to have 100% nozzles. thanks for any info

There shouldn't be a difference, the regulator is set to a specific psi. The only thing you would do is provide more volume of fuel when you need it.

That is if the walbro has a faster flow rate(gph) than the stock bosch fuel pump.

Since you have bigger injectors you may notice more top end power only if your hpop can keep up with those injectors.

The OEM can keep up with those sticks just fine, if the fuel pickup system is 100%. I have 160/100s, capable of delivering more fuel than yours at high RPMs. The stock nozzle is the choke point when trying to deliver the fuel in the short time available at high revs. Remember, the Walbro is inexpensive and popular, but it is not rated for diesel. So... reliability will be a factor, when compared to OEM. Your OEM fuel delivery system is also engineered to the flow rate of the OEM pump - tinkering with flow rates may send you down the rabbit hole of finding the root cause of unexpected issues.

Many will disagree with my assertions above, so more input is always good. Just know that one mod usually leads to another, and few would disagree with that.
