89 Explorer No High Beams
Driving Down The Road The Other Evening With The High Beams On I Herd A Click And Lost The High Beams . What Should I Check First .

If your low beams work the dash switch is OK.

If flash to pass works the high beam fuse & bulbs are OK & you need to check the dimmer/multifunction switch.

I presume this is a 1999.

I Checked It Out Today And It Was A Fuse In Number 33 Slot , I Hope When I Try The Lights For A While Tonight They Don't Blow Again ,

Yeah, sometimes fuses just blow for no good reason.

About 19 years ago i replaced the cruise control fuse on my 87 Ranger, & the fuse is still in there, no more problems.

Good luck with it.

I Have Another Problem My Remote Only Opens The Doors But Will Not Lock Them , Any Ideas

the little motor/ solenoids in the door are probably bad. not uncommon after 10 years.
