I ordered a 09 F150 yesterday. Screw Lariat short bed, Royal Red with Tan interior. Captain chairs with heat and cool, 3.55 limited slip, chrome step bar, rubber mats, Lariat Plus Pkg, tailgate step and brake controller. Price with freight, $42595. Got it for $39427 minus any rebates available at time of arrival, estimated to be 8 weeks. Not sure if I'll be leasing it or taking a 3 year 0% deal. I can decided at delivery time. How does this deal sound? It's going to be a long 2 months.
well, did you look up the invoice price like we suggested in your earlier message post? If you paid over invoice, then you didn't get that great of a deal considering how truck/car sales have been the past few months.
Yes, I drove one last week, back to back with a 09 Sierra. Ford is smoother, quieter and I like the interior and esterior better. As for the invoice price on this truck. I'm paying about $1400 over without subtracting any rebates. At this time, the $2K rebates brings me under invoice and I'm hoping that in 2 months the rebates will be more. I know it is a bit of a gamble but I'm willing to go with that. I'm in central New York and sales are down but not as bad as elsewhere so dealing on the truck is tougher then in other markets. The best I was able to do at another dealership is $2K higher.
