Do you have cruise, if so check it to see if it working also? If not, then probably the clock spring behind the steering wheel is bad, the air bag, horn, and cruise wires run thru it.
The fuse is in the big box in the engine compartment. Mine went the other day too. Fuse was blown. PLUS the horns just stoppped working. Replaced with some funky, cheap, cheesy sounding ones from AutoZone. All's well now.

Fuse panel under hood is next to the air cleaner box. Black rectangle about 4" x 8", or so.
The clock spring is not really a spring, it is a brush set-up that allows eceltrical connections from the steering wheel to the wiring harness in the column, it allows for the rotation.
