horn not working in 95
With the relay pulled out and the use of a jumper wire the horn blows. The fuse is good. Using a test light I checked for power at the plug at the bottom of the steering column, nothing there are 4 wires all dead. Should there be power going into the horn pad ,steering column?

Clockspring under the steering wheel is a possibility. My air bag light flashed for awhile, cruise went out for awhile, then the horn. Needed the horn for inspection and replacing the clockspring fixed all. Disconnect the battery for about thirty minutes to be sure the air bag capacitor is drained. Might need a steering wheel puller. You can do it for $300 less than the dealership.

yes this sounds like a bad clock spring. I need to do this very fix myself. the clockspring is about $65-85 last time i checked and the steering wheel puller from harbor freight is less then $15 if i recall.
ive been half temped to swap out my steering wheel with a pre airbag style since i mainly use this bronco for offroading and such. would suck having it pop in my face while wheeling.
