The funny part of that is Walmart actually has a case to sue them if they so choose for doing that. But they of coarse would be the big bad meanie corporation is then picking on the little helpless small person trying to make a buck. If you read the small print on these sales it states NO DEALERS, and buying them to resell makes her a dealer and in violation of the terms of the ad.
Also the state now has grounds to go after her for tax evasion, no having proper retailer permits (I know a guy locally that was selling performance parts on eBay until the state figured it out and wanted their money, cost him several thousand dollars in back taxes and fines, he now has the proper lic and pays the proper taxes)
Let word get out of the state, feds and Walmart going after some of these scam artists and yes that is what I think of them and you wouldn't see nearly the rush IMO. It is also why they should start going after every person they can prove was involved in the trampling crowd or walked past the guy once he was down without stopping to help him. Put some responsibility BACK were it belongs and hit some pocket books and/or personal freedom (jail time right over Christmas) and watch attitudes about black Friday start to change.

Our wal marts were open all night they just had pallets of sale items in the main aisleways and they were shrink wrapped. at 5 am the employees cut the wrap and the feeding frenzy ensued. by 5 after everything but a few sad unwanted toys were gone. (how could no one love the blimp from CARS?)

Wal mart is virtually "non sueable" you can read about this on numerous websites. I am sure they will make sure the family of this guy is taken care of.

I have rodeoed enough in my life to know that when the bulls/cows/horses stampede you get your butt outta the way ASAP! But I can see how this guy really didnt stand a chance with what was barreling down on him.

Maybe a queque would help but when a woman wants those ugly butt plastic croc shoes there aint noooo stopping her let alone if you have about 100 women wanting the same its a recipe for disaster.
