With all the head gasket trouble that I read about on this forum, and that I maybe experiencing, will arp studs solve the issue. I'm making about 35 psi boost
Check out our 6.0 section located a little further down the main forum listing. You'll find lot's of good info on your motor there.
But to answer your question, yes, the ARP headstuds should help you out. The factory bolts tend to stretch and cause the headgasket issues when you start adding power. ARP's are expensive, but they work very well.
ARP studs and an EGR cooler delete will make the world of difference. Go to the 6.0 forum an d you will find literally TONS of info on this very topic.
This is a post that I had put in response to your similiar post in the 6.0 forum:
Did they machine or replace the heads when they were installing the ARPs? I noticed that you just said head gaskets were replaced didn't mention the heads were or not. If they didn't do that, then even with the ARPs you'll still have problems with leaking coolant. I doubt the blocked off the EGR either, so that will be another trouble spot that will have to be overcome if your going to add tuner and stuff like that to it. There are driving considerations you can do with a stock truck that would mitigate problems with the EGR and EGR cooler that you can do, but not if it's going to be tuned.
