Overhead compartment door's
My 2002 F 350 PSD has both overhead compartment door hinge's broken,the one's by the MPG meter,bought her new 6 year's ago,what do the rest of you do when this happen's,seem's the plastic is vary brittle,thank's for any idea's.

Poppie, I guess you could go to a salvage yard and see if the have a used one. My truck did not comewith the overhead consloe, so I dont have broken doors.
Tecman(fte user) made a nice wooden overhead console that housed his electronic read out.

Thank's every one for the reply's,is there a chance that the new door hinge's will be as brittle as the original one's or did they change the makeup of the plastic so they are more durable???,thank's again,John.
