Power sliding rear window
I forgot to mention my power rear window failed to close or open. I cracked the window to let in a little air in one evening, when I got back to the truck it would not move. Dealer replaced motor mechanism. I'll find what else when I get my truck back. Did I forget to I'm getting a new motor!! check out post 'Engine oil leak' by LKWDF350

I have started pouring the money into my truck and have been looking at the power sliding back windows. Has anyone put one of these in themselves? I had a Ranger before getting the F250 and a local garden supply company punched the back window out with a Bobcat. I replaced the window and it was a huge pain getting the interior plastic to pop off.
Is the F250 just as difficult to get the interior trim off to get to the window?

I have an F 350 lariat with a power slide rear window and it opens half way and very very slowly. When it comes to closing time it closes even slower and sometimes u need to cycle it back and forth a few times to get it to close. What gives??????

I was trying to find one that would also have defrost buit into it that I could wire up. Has anybody come across one in the aftermarket industry?

As for ponyboy123, if your truck is under warranty then take it in. You might just get a new motor mech.
