is the motor for it there? are the wires run at all?
id just run the wires up front and put a switch on a fuse protected relay for it.

My father's 97 stroke 350 crewdually has one of these. I don't think he ever uses it. You'll more than likely need a double pole / double throw momentary rocker switch with center off. When you wire it the motor wires will be on the center terminals then the top terminals will be + - and the bottom will be - +. It will look like this
