Seriously, Ft. Lauderdale did or tried to ban them from their beaches. You would not believe the number of way overweight older Canadian men that would parade up and down the beach in them. Real tight ones too. Funny as hell. Even the fruitcakes complained about them. Whether it was ever made against the law I don't know.
