Travis, you stumbled into it just by accident and anyone that got to see what was said before you edited it is aware of it. But congratulations anyway.

Your original post was......We're almost there.........You were as surprised as all of us were cuz the flurry of posting got crazy at the end there.

But you get the rest of the day off with pay and all the I used to be able to drink.

Sorry Travis, I missed that. I have foolishly started back with them nasty people in the Club, and have fallen behind here since your triumph.

Another one with a couple years on it... but the BEAT!!!!

Utah Saints - Something Good

Disclaimer - if you listen to these beats in your vehicle and you either:
1) HAMMER the gas because this music reminds you that you OWN the D*MN road, or
2) makes your ride wiggle down the road from you dancing in your seat..

It's not my fault!!! LOL

Speaking of moving freight, did I read or hear that one gallon of fuel will move 1 ton of freight 425 miles by rail? In fact it may have been more than 1 ton.

Hmmm.....that sounds really high to me Mark, although I've never taken the time to figure it out. For our number crunchers out there....here is a "typical" train that we run. Each locomotive has a 4000 gallon fuel tank, we re-fuel every 1500 miles approximately at inspection points, most trains have 4 locomotives, only an average. Tonnage is in the 8-9000 ton mark on average......this varies A LOT. Each locomotive is 4400 hp.

I noticed,,,, I stay out of those threads,, Ok,, I read them, but I rarely post in them. You just can't successfully argue with fools. Makes you angry and YOU end up looking the fool!!
