good point but i should still be able to mount em up with coil springs right? might take a little fabbin but my brother is a ticketed welder so whatever ahah

Regarding the original subject here,Posi,limited slip,or lockers... a fair number of my trucks have had some sort of limited slip,its better than an open diff,a lot or a little depending on how worn out it might be. I owned a 1980 Scout II about 12 or so years back,and i had a shop install a Detroit locker in the rear axle. it was great off road,but you could notice some bad manners on pavement,it made some noises and occasionally caused the vehicle to lurch when it unlocked. It was nice being able to forget about what the rear axle was doing off-road,both wheels were getting power and traction was great....
