As for the OP, it's horse**** to post a complaint on a board that's SPONSORED BY THE VENDOR YOU'RE COMPLAINING ABOUT without attempting to work it out with the vendor first. That goes double when you're posting about some problem someone you know might have had.

I agree without a doubt Barry, they didn't become ledgendary by having sloppy products and have bad CS. Thanks for showing up Diane I hope Jody gets well soon and you all have a great vaction!

Well I will not try to defend anyone. Jody and Diane's reputation stand for itself. As for the OP I can understand his frustration. What he needs to understand is business. If he wants the best it sometimes takes time and no one is prefect. I'm sure you could call a bigger company and be spoon fed all the answers your looking for. While you have them on the phone ask them for custom tunes. I don't think they'll have any answers for that. If your set on getting a chip from Tony that's fine. He's still one person trying to keep up with the same work load. Take the time and follow through to get what you want. Anyone can make a mistake.

I think I asked a valid question. If you are going to slam a company on the www, then you should have a valid reason for doing so. I absolutely disagree that because someone is a sponsor they shouldn't have critics, but I also strongly believe you should have a genuine gripe, before you slam someone's reputation. If there was an honest mistake made and they told you it would be 100 bucks for a $400 tuner, get over it and stop being a baby.
And yes, maybe you should've kept your mouth shut if you didn't have any valid point.
