Wow, people who don't even have a DP product, or haven't even dealt with Jody and Diane are coming out of the woodwork to defend them. Interesting.

I know my attempt to contact them and do business with them fell thru, as I never received a response. So I went elsewhere.

Not receiving a response doesn't mean your being ignored.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to tell the vendor about tactics that need changing. DP Tuner, as I'm sure with any business, wants to make customers happy, and tearing them apart on the internet isnt going to help anybody. They are just trying to do their job.

If you have a problem with a vendor, bring the issue up with management. Any decent business will work to resolve the problem. As far as the mistake of price, that is what it is. Mistakes happen. If for some reason I say I'm gonna sell you a wind generator for 5$, doesnt mean your gonna get one for 5$. However, If it was a minor mistake, I would suck it up to follow my word.

Jeeeeeezus......try and have a bit of Patience Roger! I'm starting to lose my patience with you when you tYpE LiKe tHiS ugh! If you bash other products as quickly as you have bashed theirs......I doubt you'd have much luck with ANYONE! DP-Tuner is hands down.......a top-notch company, very small yes....but I think that is a good thing, they aren't some big shot company just looking to pump the shelves full of their product, they care about QUALITY. I really have no idea what you are attempting to accomplish by your original post.........sympathy? Nope....not from me

I was not admonishing or defending either party, simply stating my observation as to how this may have gotten off on the wrong foot.

My statement on DP Tuner likely straightening this out is simply based on my observations in the short time I have been here that no other sponsor has been more helpful, even before they became an official sponsor. At the same time, I believe everyone should be able to criticize, even a sponsor, but in a civil manner.

I remember reading both of these that you quoted Ron, just could not remember where. It was either in the form of an e-mail, or Diane posted it here. I may have been cruising their site. It don't matter, they are good people and do not deserve any bashing of anykind.
