Drivers side headlight dim

Drivers side headlight dim
Afternoon fellas,
The other night I noticed that my drivers side headlight is much dimmer then the passengers side. When I switch to highbeams it gets brighter but it is still much dimmer. I checked the connections they are both tight and the lens are fairly clean, and both bulbs are fairly new. Any ideas?
