I can't really tell from one "enhancement". I added a Gibson 3" cat back system and a K&N FPIK at about the same time. I can usually get 18 to 19.5 on the highway if I don't have a strong head wind. Recently I came back from Sacramento to Ft. Worth via Phoenix and got 20.2 mpg for the whole trip, but the wind was on my back.
IMHO 50% to 75% of your fuel economy is in your right foot, if all tire pressures are up.

I can assure you that the catback and K&N kit did absolutely nothing for fuel mileage.
