Intercooler install Help

I remember seeing a step by step but i cant find it. Can someone help me here. I have a intercooler and y pipe off a 2000 F450 and not having any luck putting it on.

Hate to tell you though your y-pipe isn't going to work. It need to be one from an early 99 other wise the turbo connection is wrong, the whole deal it too tall and it won't fit at the heads either

ya i got it as a package deal. I put it in there and it was way to big and wasnt sure if there was adapters to make it fit but i guess not. Does ford still sell the early 99 y pipe?

They didn't sell them for a while but now they do again.

if you have a good dealer connection the y pipe will only cost you about 80 bucks, but dont forget the 2 orange boots as well

ok thanks alot guys. One more kinda stupid quesiton lol. How do you get the head lights off and that big long black plastic thing that goes from one side of the head lights to the other. Thanks
