Thats awesome Sherm! Building yourself is really the way to go. We went with an RTM cause I simply didnt have time to build, but we saved a ton buying in a crappy time to sell, plus really saved a ton in building our own garage, and finishing all kinds of things in our house (we got as much as we could unfinished)

So far this fall has not been as near nice as last year`s was but that was exceptional and I don`t expect it to be repeated. I got spoiled!

That freezing rain was a bummer but at least we`re done with Nov. Now it doesn`t sound the beginning of Dec is any any better.
