We got snow coming down today guys, yess!
Yes, 2 (or so) years ago I put a big addition on our house, a lot of blood, sweat and tears went into that project but it paid off. This year we sold that house and I build a new one. Pretty much single handed to boot. Had a telehandler and thats about it. Its amazing what one person can do with ambition. It was a huge undertaking, a lot of work, but to have 50%+ equity in a brand new home is a pretty amazing situation this day and age. We may sell this one in the spring again, depending on what sort of work I have lined up, if the markets are similar to now, its a good opportunity to get ahead financially.
Happy, Happy Friday mornin' all. Got a few inches of snow last night, but they're saying in the plus's this weekend and early next week. Ah, what do they know.
