Morning boys. Holy crap John... I must have missed the story about the cat. Hope u heal up fast. Infection isn't something to mess around with!!!

Winter is stopping by again with some snow. Kind of sucks, but a person has to keep positive because its been such an easy winter. Only a couple weeks before we should be out of the woods, barring any freak things happening.

Have a great day guys!!

It seems to be taking it's time for the antibiotics to kick in, still can't bend the finger that was bitten but has affected most of the hand. I'm hoping it's not going to take long to heal would like to get back out in the shop...

A stray cat entered my shop and I didn't notice it until a couple hours later when I looked out the back window and noticed it in my shop window. When I went out to the shop to let it out I reached for it and it attacked and bite my hand and then all four paws of claws came out....

Did the cat survive? I was clawed very bad years ago, and got very sick. I stay far away from any cat now. I'm also terribly allergic to them. I'll only get close if I have a broom.

If it was a stray cat it always make a person worry a bit about rabies, but I imagine your doctor already looked at that possibility.

Yesterday just wasn`t this trucker`s day....air seeder causes major damage to a Saskatoon overpass :
Air seeder causes up to $1M in damage to Saskatoon overpass - Saskatoon | Globalnews.ca
I hate hospitals so I`d be very grateful for my own bed too John.
I haven`t heard anything lately about about rabies around Bridgeford but it pays to be careful.

Cats are unpredictable. I'm not a huge cat fan. I remember seeing a lady take a nasty beating from her own cat that she was trying to save from some dogs. She reached to pick up the cat which was cornered, the cat turned on her. She was rushed to hospital and needed a lot of stitches. Hope you heal fast John!!!

Winter is back for a bit here. 2" of snow yesterday and it didn't get warm enough to melt.

Have a great day guys!!!

Good morning everyone... the last snow fall we had the other day is slowly fading away but the cooler temps are going to make it stay just that little bit longer..

I remember watching my hand slowly turn red. First the finger that got bite then the rest of the fingers than slowly down my hand. After about 4 days the antibiotics kicked in and the redness slowly reversed. I was getting a little nervous for a few days but it all turned out good. The scariest part was my doctor looked like Harry Potter.
