He seems to go through vehicles like I do shoes... every couple months I need a new pair because I have destroyed them haha. I had a $160 pair of Cat brand shoes actually start falling apart on me IN 6 MONTHS!! I will never buy Cat brand shoes again! Now I normally buy the $20-30 pair because they tend to last just as long lol.

I'm embarrassed to admit how many vehicles I've owned in my short life on this earth. Yeah, my wife is happy. I left it up to her to decide what she wanted as it will be her driving it primarily. Of course I prefer the truck...but made sure to give her 100% control of the coin toss on this one.

last night I bot a 4yr old snow blower used 4 times (he sais), 5hp X 22''cut for 300. bucks, electric start YardMachines, Tecumseh engine

As the saying goes... happy wife = happy life.
Happy anniversary Sherm.

Now I normally buy the $20-30 pair because they tend to last just as long lol.
I can 120 dollar shoes and they are no better IMO than the 25 dollar ones.
So i spend just 25 and replace them when they wear out every 2 to 3 months.
I walk a LOT!
Some people I know wear boots all the time.
I just hate wearing boots.
Oh and since I am not a fan of shopping i usually buy 2 new pairs of shoes at once so i don't have to go shopping as often.

I always wear the 6'' safety boots & I tie them up,
I gotta have good ones, I'm usually on my feet all day...
God only gave us 2 feet, take care of them.........

I find it very hard to fly in boots.
So shoes work best for me.
Some pilots wear a helmet to.
It messes me up to wear a helmet and cuts my peripheral vision as well as dulls my senses so i stopped wearing a helmet years ago.
My new noise cancelation headset works so well i actually turn its noise cancelling down some to about 5 so i can hear the bird better.
So I am just different than some is all.
But the worst is the helmet.
I have no idea how anyone can wear a helmet and ever be better than just a mediocre pilot.

Crash it and your done.
And if its a hard landing under autorotation the helmet is a hinderance. Because then its the sudden stop that squashes the spine and neck, so the extra helmet weight is worse than thkse who didn't have one on.
I am anti helmet in a helicopter.
Never understood why some wear them.
