So far its great other than my Grundfos pump just gave up this week. the impeller came off the shaft. It makes good fuel with no water wash (recover methanol and settle soaps out then filter), recovers methanol, dewaters and makes good fuel. I have it set up right now where it takes up the room of five 55 gallon drums. Staging drum(raw WVO), processor, water drum for condenser, and two settling tanks, Plus on the end is my fueling stations so I guess its really 6 drums all on a wall. Pics tomorrow if my wife left the camera.

5500 watt 220 volt hot water heater element but run on 110 which brings it to about 1200 watts.

Yes there is a small amount of water produced that goes out with the byproduct. The water I was speaking of is in the oil before anything is done to it. It in the oil. food bits hold alot of it. Also some is just in solution from frying frozen and fresh food with water in it.

I use a "PID controller" works great! Search ebay and you will see what its all about. I have to use a solid state relay to switch the power to the element. The PID activates the SSR. I have a thermocouple int he plumbing to sense the temp. I need to move it to the tank as its a bit of a safety issue since my pump has quite.

Sorry no pics of the processor today. maybe later this week.

The site mentioned earlier was one of the first ones I checked out. I went with the appleseed processor. Total cost? Approx. $100. Hot H2O tank from the dump and I found a pump in my barn that worked and was the right size. Have a 600 gallon glycosate tote that I use for a holding tank and a 55 galon poly drum for a wash tank.
