Classified Photo upload Error Code

I'm getting the following error message:

Error creating resized original!

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" -quality 70 -geometry 250x188 '/var/www/ford-trucks.com/htdocs/classifieds/data/17/large/100_0330sm.jpg'

Error code: 1

I've tried different sized pics [using other folks pixel size as a guide] with no luck.

Note the 250x188 [above] is not the size of my files?????

Is there a Pixel dimension & filesize restriction? I searched but didn't find anything specific [such as: "yyy" X "zzz" < 'blank' KBs].

Are you referring to creating an avatar? Size restrictions on an Avatar are 120 x 100. or 12.2 kb.

Actually no, this was trying to upload a photo in the 'Classified For Sale' section. I ended up just linking to some pics, because of the errors in uploading. I tried as small as 480pixel @ 46kb file size.

You may be having difficulties due to your low post count. I believe some things are restricted until you reach 25 posts.

Resize your image larger or smaller. Some photo software creates images which, at certain sizes, the FTE classifieds is unable to properly resize to the system's stock size.
