You go to the photo you want as an avatar and copy the code for thumbnail.
or
see and copy this code by clicking ,,,,quote.
Then go to your CP ..click EDIT AVATAR ....
and paste that code in the avatar file window.
If you get one directly from your computer hard drive ..It needs to be sized correctly before uploading
