Decided to put a new serpentine belt on and check the pulleys before my trip. Grooved pulley was wobleing. Apparently the bolt was cracked because it just twisted off with moderate pressure. Didn't even have to grunt.
Question is, can I pull the bracket off the block that holds both idlers, the tensioner and the alternator? Any tips on getting the broken bolt out? I have very limited experience doing that. I'm supposed to leave town tomorrow morning.
