DCA-4 and gold coolant????

Tried to look through the search engine but could not find exactly what I need to know ,just did a complete coolant flush both block plugs removed flushed 2 times with distilled water new 203 thermostat and billet housing used Peak global gold meets ford mss-M97B51-A1 Question do I have to add any DCA-4 to this coolant the test strips from fleet guard only read freeze point not nitrate or SCA per unit per gallon >I am guessing that is because it does not need the DCA-4 does it? / An will it hurt to add the DCA-4 .truck is 2002 7.3 bought used 104000miles believe it had gold coolant in it originally, thanks in advance Mike
Also most 2002 7.3L trucks sold in the U.S. came with gold coolant. If your truck was built in Kentucky (indicated by the letter "E" in the VIN), then it came with the gold stuff. If it was built anywhere else, then it would have to be a mid-year build before it would have received the gold coolant.
