Nice! Im gonna get me a aluminum yet too, they are handy and you can beat them up pretty good on rocky shallow areas.

Oh for sure I try too, but I like going into second lakes, shallow channels places like that. There is some really great hidden areas out there IF you know where to find them, and are willing to get a few scrapes on the boat.

Out of curiosity, whats an older aluminum with an engine worth? Ive seen them go for as little as 500 bucks with no engine, and seen them skyrocket for a bigger 16-18 foot one with a bigger engine.

i paid 4g's for a 14 footer/25 hp/and trailer. not a smoking deal, but fair to both parties. boat/motor/and trailer is in really good shape. engine had diddly for hours on it, boat has very little scratches and stuff.

14 footer that would be a nice little boat. My dad has a 16 foot lund and has a 25 merc on there and it works great. Hes wanting to upgrade to a 40ish horse yammer hammer.

Boats are alot like clocks the bigger the better, because nobody wants a small clock, they are just too hard to read.
