i dont know if it was a driver or an iron im no golfer i had it shoved in locking a window shut, it had a big bottom part on it though...lol

 

Cali has a great law re vicious dogs. If you don't post a sign warning that there is a vicious dog on your property and will bite if you trespass YOU will get bit in the a$$ for not posting. Sounds fair.

On the other hand, once you post the sign you are admitting to have knowledge that your dog is vicious and will bit anyone that enters your property and you didn't take proper restraints to prevent the attack. Sweet huh?

As far as shooting some one, there may be immediate danger in a face to face confrontation but (in CA) the citizen has a duty to retreat. And/or as soon as the suspect starts to flee the immediate danger has ceased and you are no longer in fear for your safty. (Gawd, don't shoot)

There are many stories about deadly confrontations but I'll tell up front, it's very rare the the good guy wins.

If Jethro would have peppered the suspect vehicle with the shot gun he could have said that he thought that a weapon was pointed at him. Hard to dispute. Good point for the good guys....truck has been marked for identifcation.

I think this will hold true in just about all states, You must be able to completly justify your fear and immediate danger and there was no other recoarse but to take deadly force.
