You do realize the the Efficency Bandwidth Product (EBP) of that CVR12 is better suited for a sealed enclosure. Not saying it won't work, but that the driver is more suited for a sealed box.
With that said, I would need to know if the CVR is a 2003 or 2005 model line.
The only thing I see an issue with is going with a 4" x 13" round port give you a 8.8 db Gain at 53Hz which is a narly bump. Drop down to 30Hz and the Amplitude drops to a -2.8 DB. In 23 Hz you drop 11.6 DB and seeing I do not have any experiance with the ford cabin gain, this could really end up being a one note wonder setup.
Your going to most likely have better lower extension with the sealed box.

You might be right on the one note wonder.
The 250 is peaking at 33Hz then again at 55hz. My box was designed for 37hz but the cut through changed it a little. I've changed up the port when I reconed the subs. when I retest I will double check the resonate freq of the cabin.

I wenton the assumption that it was the 2005 model. And as I stated before after modeling the sub, I found the response to be rather peaky with porting, when you hit 53Hz you'll most likely notice it and notice a steep roll off afterwards. This may tend to make the response sound boomy, with a real dip in response below that. But seeing I really don't know the cabin gain and in vehicle response of the truck this may accentuate the response or exaggerate it.
