check out tj's webshots on his oil bypass pictures, on the oil cooler mount near the factory oil filter there is a plug you can use for oil supply, there are 2 or 3 next to each other and i cant remember which one you want, his picture is labled
thank you coon... i tried to rep you but you know the story... i have been waiting on some help on this all day about it... now does any body know whick one i need to tap into???
For the Pyro, slide under your drivers side door behind the front wheel. Look up at the exhaust manifold. There is a nice flat spot to drill and tap where the manifold meets the up pipe. I THINK..........I THINK its a 21/64 drill bit and 1/8 NPT tap. And it really is easy to do. Don't worry about shavings. Drill hole, vacuum out, tap hole (with some lube, wd-40), vacuum out. Start truck before you install probe to blow any left over shavings out.. Install probe. Cake walk.
yea i have another question to... i want to hook my boost guage up this time so that the needle does not bounce around... i was tapped into the map line last time... where is the best place??? i want the needle to be steady...
i am sure... cuz i could kink the line going to the boost and make it steady... but maybe i tapped in to close to the map sensor... for i have heard that can cuz the fluctuation... but is there anywhere else to tap in???
