GP relay
I'm in need of a new gp relay but dont wana spend the big dollars they want what solenoild is it you can get from napa that works good? I thought I had found one but after install gp will not shut off for some reason it jeeps the soleniod energized. the damn truck wouldn't even shut off with the key until I removed the little wire off the solenoid. 03 4x4

Hmm, don't know what year PSD you have so, try this. GPR parts -- NAPA # GPR109 ($25) or International #1831646C1 ($24.75) Last I checked those were the prices but, like every thing else lately they have most likely gone up in price. Good Luck!

You can also go with an upgraded Stancor unit. It shouldn't be too pricey either. Its part number is Stancor 586-902 Glow Plug Relay. I have heard of a few problems with them attributed to vibration over on ford-trucks.com forums but I haven't heard any complaints about them here.
