If it were me I'd call the dealer you bought it from before calling SCT. The dealer should be the first line of support, and if they aren't supporting it, why not?

i got the tunes friday night. i will give Matt a call tomorrow. hopefully he will have the patience to deal with me as i am not to great with computers.

did you move the files from your c drive to your documents or desktop. this shouldn't be that hard. maybe your tunes are messed up.

not too sure what you just said but I have two questions. 1. did you move the file(s) from your c drive to your documents or desktop? 2. do you have windows vista?

D.J, Thursday I put all this on my computer, and when i went to the SCT website, it was alot different than the first time i put all this on my wife's computer. I called tech support and the guy (mike) installed everything for me. He sent me to a website that allowed him to have control over my computer and he had everything installed in literally 5 mins. I would wait till you can give them a call and let one of the techs install it on your computer.
