As original, the center flexible duct was sold separately, the left flexible duct was only sold with the left tube. There is no right side flexible duct, the left side connects both tubes. There are two different types, it depends on year and serial number. You might try NAPA, they sell all sizes of flexible tubing. Anything you get that's used won't last long.
List the last 6 digits of your VIN, I'll pass along the correct Ford part numbers. Maybe someone has new ones someplace.

EA0450 is what is on the door tag factory AC thanks for the help much appreciated.
D3TZ-19B680-B .. Center A/C Flexible Duct
D8TZ-19B680-A .. Left Side Flexible Duct & Tube
Both parts are obsolete.
I checked FTE sponsors Green Sales' online parts locator, they don't have them, but call them anyway, as they have access to an online parts obsolete locating service. Maybe they can find them. Green Sales is the largest Ford Parts Obsolete dealer in the world. They are located in Cincinnati, Ohio. 1-800-543-4959.
I suggested NAPA in my original post, figuring the OP would have a store nearby. That's prolly the only way to fix them...I doubt anyone will have new ones.
Thanks Dennis, for the link.

the middle one is flaired one end is smaller than the other thats why i was trying to find the actual part i have seen the round tubing but by what i can see from looking through the glove box and vents is that wont work??? but if someone has used this kind of hose for replacement that would be awsome to know. thanks D.J.
ok i just went out to the garage to verifiy my thinking. the middle vent i need is a very large 4 sided square whole both openings are about the same size ( a lot larger than the the small driver side 3 inch round vent)
thanks D.J.

Yes. That's what the illustration in the Ford truck parts catalog shows. You can have your very own parts catalog too, on a CD...hipoparts.com
The catalog is: 1973/79 Ford LIGHT Truck Parts Catalog. Light means F100/500, you don't want the HEAVY truck catalog.
I'm using the Ford truck parts catalogs on microfiche slides.
